My wife and I just completed a refinance of my home in Vestavia Hills, Alabama through AMIC, located in Spanish Fort, Alabama. I have purchase a number of homes over the years and have had considerable experience with the process.This time we used our VA benefit to finance.

2. The appraisal we got was ridiculously low and Mike worked to provide comps that were in my neighborhood to the VA Regional office. The VA took little time in raising the value based on the comps he provided. This saved the deal.

3. He worked directly with my loan officer at my bank in Birmingham to work through the process of rolling an equity line into the deal.

4. More than once he worked diligently to save our very low interest rate as the process was delayed by the problems I have listed, and others.

I could go on and on listing problem after problem Mike helped us overcome and never once lost his patience. He was constantly updating me on every minute detail during the process. We have now become friends and have a lot in common as we are both Veterans of the Armed services. Do yourself a huge favor and consider strongly working with Mike.
