I had an average experience with New Tech Venture. While the website is user-friendly and the range of products is impressive, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my queries, and when I did, the solutions provided were not satisfactory. Overall, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer support.
