I had a mixed experience with Ukb. While some aspects of their service were great, others left me disappointed. The website was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. However, the customer support was lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiry, and when I did, it wasn't very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
