I usually get an activity report every month as my employer reimburses my club fee s. This past week a new employee named CJ was working the front desk. While helping in printing the report she displayed amazing customer service skills. Though it was a small task, that could have easily been dismissed and met with a few clicks, she went above and beyond. Putting this much emphasis on a minor task is a prelude to how great her customer service skills are, thanks CJ!
