From the start, it was a great experience. Ryan Narus was more of an assistant in trying to assess what my needs were more than being a salesman. Very friendly, Ryan came up to me and introduced himself with a smiling face and a positive attitude, while complimenting my Carolina Panthers hat (I'm a big Panthers fan). I never felt hassled or pressured by him; he was always customer-focused and was looking for what I wanted, not pushing me. I came in twice total and the first time he didn't pressure me or use the "what can I do to get you in a car today" pitch. He had the attitude of "if the customer wants the car they will get it" instead of being overly pushy - he actually said those words to me. I feel like I got a great deal from the dealership and wasn't being pressured. Overall, it was a great experience, and I am thrilled with my 2010 Accord EX-L. Beautiful car! Thanks for the help Ryan!!
