You had a couple of questions which I did respond to. You had a comment to which I responded "Do you have any more questions?" and I did not hear anything. At that point, I disconnected the call.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I am sorry you feel this way. When you sent your request "offer $1100/month ........", I did respond by email (as that was the best mode of communication from where I was) that the property was listed for $1250 and $1100 was not acceptable by the landlord. When the appointment was scheduled for showing, I was under the opinion that you got the email and still decided to view the property.
I am sorry if there was a miscommunication.
I did refund your $47 as you requested.
