I'm happy I chose JA. It is great for anybody on a fixed income. All bills in your rent makes it convienent. As far as people complaining about cars being towed, the rules are clear to me. Any and all visitors need a parking pass if they don't want to het towed!
I've also put in a few requests for maintenance to fix and they were done same day or next.
