My first impression of Neil Chandra was that he is an extremely relatable person. His people skills were impressive and led me to believe that he was not just trying to sell me a car, but he was actually worried about my best interest as a Lexus customer. For the small amount of time I spent consulting with him, I thoroughly enjoyed the enthusiasm he had for his job. Because of Neil, I can confidently say I will always be a loyal customer of Magnussens Lexus. I am grateful for his amazing customer service skills, and his dedication of time assisting me with what can be quite a confusing process. Because of Neil I am now a Lexus family member.
