I am writing a review because it seems the only way people get a response from this company. I recieved a letter in the post nearly a year after the alleged breach of terms of parking. I have sent an appeal letter in the post to Civil Enforcement Address in Liverpool. Upon trying to check the status of the appeal I am greeted by an error message saying the details I have input are incorrect and to try again. When I try to call to speak to someone the only number they provide is for payments when I just want to discuss this PCN with someone. I hope someone from the company will respond to me but truly this is terrible customer service and given that you are supposed to contact someone within 28 days with a PCN I find it hard to understand why I recieved a letter 1 year later threatening court action.
