I completed my application for my VA massage therapy license on May 24, 2019 and I still don't have my license. I am currently licensed in NC but I wanted to take a good paying job in VA for the summer but I guess that's not going to happen this year. If I had known it would take this long to get my license I would've never started the process. I don't even need the license if it comes after the season is over!! What a waste of my money and efforts to get all my documents in. They have received everything from me but still won't check it off on my checklist. Totally frustrating!!! If I could get my money back I would. I was thinking about going to the facility to see if I can speak with someone directly since I can't seem to reach anyone on the phone, but I don't know if that would do any good. They need to be reported and shut down if they can't do no better than this!!
