Received text reminding me of appointment the following day!!!
No one turned up!
When I called I was informed the engineer was on holiday and someone had attempted to call, no message left on my answer machine or text informing me of any changes.
Please review communication pathways! I would have been charged if engineer had called and I was not in!!
I have taken time off work!!
