The courier is terribly rude, rude, verbally violent, unpleasant and racist! A person like that can not work in direct contact with the public. So many times I have had to endure his unpleasant person, but his behavior towards customers is a complaint. He even treated my mother badly when she had a bad foot and sometimes when she was unwell; he and his verbal aggression always raise my blood pressure to my mother and make her health worse. Every time I find my mother agitated and upset I have already understood: courier sda. It's a disgusting inhuman! A real shame that sda continue to give him a job and he does not change his attitude
