Vivid Seats Ripped me off in many different ways the one time I used them. I purchased two tickets over the internet I thought totalled $200 (because they advertised them as such). When I hit the purchase button their ridiculously high ticket fee flashed in front of me, being $70. I immediately called them and asked that the transaction be cancelled. They refused saying all sales are final. When I received my visa bill they had over charged me by $200! I was charged double of what I had signed up for. This American company are crooks and con artists.
