I was in PAIN. L5 disk. I felt that I did not get pain reliever and something to calm me down as fast as I needed it. Had to check in, wait for room, wait for doctor, wait for med. I'm sure they are excellent. I'm only impatient and my wife says I am a bad patient also. So, the scales are even I think.
