Thoroughly disappointed in our 2-night stay. We got there at 11pm because of how bad the ice was on Friday and found out they had canceled our reservation, so they gave us a 1 bed oom for 2 adults and 2 kids... Then we woke up to the sound of construction work right above us before it was even 8am and that was both Saturday AND Sunday. I also find it quite a misrepresentation to say on your website that you have a Starbucks coffeehouse in yourbhotel. You obviously do not. He only positives I have are that the bed was comfortable and the food in the restarantula was very good. I hope you improve your hotel.
