This is the new home of RBC (Rochdale Borough Council) The building opened a few year's a go. It is home to the majority of the councils central service's. It is also home to the public library. There are numerous information points, meeting rooms etc. There is also a cafe called Bean on the ground floor. It's design is striking and the building is worth visiting just to see the impressive open plan design.
