Terrible Customer Service - waited 2 hours for not...

Terrible Customer Service - waited 2 hours for not all of the set menu to be delivered:
- Lengthy Waits for the food
- Charged drinks multiple times despite not being delivered to the customer
- Manager was dismissive when complained
- Waiter spilled food on one of the guests and did not apologise, further promised dry cleaning.

I've had a meeting with the Operations Director whom promised further refund of the optional service charge and additional discount for the worst customer service in london, however following 2 week wait I am yet to receive any confirmation.
