3 times a charm. 1st experience was horrible. 2nd experience was not bad and actually helpful and not expecting much more this 3 time around. Good program good staff but the organization of the intake process is horrible. Intake is collectively 45 min but it always takes every bit of 4 to 5 hrs just get a room! Management needs to work to make it a more streamlined process.
