Lazydays is the only authorized T@B dealer in the state of Florida. My family and I hoped we would receive outstanding service with our teardrop trailer because T@B trusted them. That trust is sadly misplaced.

Our teardrop was damaged in mid-April of 2013. We weren t able to bring it home until late July. My wife and I were told parts were on backorder or needed to be fabricated, that the wrong parts were made, that they didn t realize the extent of the damage until they tried to install everything and that more parts were needed, and that they forgot the electrical system needed to be replaced during the three months we waited.

My wife and I thought we could stop worrying about our little T@B when they announced it was ready to come home. We should have known better. The taillights and turn signals still didn t work when we arrived. We waited while the technicians looked it over and announced everything would be taken care of within 15 minutes. The lights appeared to work half-an-hour later but stopped working by the time we drove from the back of the service area to the front. Our biggest concern was that the technicians declared the camper safe to drive without the lights working, despite us asking specifically about this problem. When we did our safety check before pulling away, the lights didn t work. That isn t safe. This happened three times.

We returned and waited nearly four hours for the problems to be fixed. I asked the manager if we could receive a $20 gas credit because we were asked to leave our car with them, idling the majority of the entire time. He refused and said the problem is how T@B wires their campers and that we should really just be happy that his team was able to figure it out. The same manager then said he could probably give us a credit for Lazydays campgrounds but my family and I refused because we would have never used it.
