We love Rosalie Pribbenow Baxter! As first-time home buyers, my husband and I knew nothing about looking for a home and I mean NOTHING. I think the first time I called her I frantically said, "I need a realtor, I don't know anything about buying a house, and I've already made a big mistake, can you please help me?!" (I had made an appointment to see a house with a seller's realtor on my own) and she was so patient with me and helpful amidst my rambling. She immediately fixed my snafu and we hit it off from there.

Rosalie made home-buying feel easy and understandable. She was flexible and available whenever we wanted to see homes and gave us many great options to tour based on our criteria. She was great at communicating with us regularly and making sure we understood the process. Once we found the perfect home, she handled the rest and walked us through every step smoothly.

I think the best thing about Rosalie is she is a professional who will make you feel secure and taken care of while also being genuine and real. She will be honest with you about a home and your options and she understands that home-buying is a process that is crazy and takes time, especially when juggling work and family. She is the best!
