I used one of their vouchers to get a trip to Las Vegas. Everything seemed well enough as I got the hotel I wanted with the room type I wanted. A couple weeks before my trip I got an email asking to confirm, which I did, even sending an email. When I arrived at the Excalibur in April 2019 the hotel told me that Grand Incentives had canceled my reservation. I received no notice or contact of any kind. GI had simply canceled my reservation without telling me even though I confirmed my reservation (I have the digital footprint to prove it). I tried contacting GI to fix the issue but they never answer their phone or reply to their emails. I even asked for a refund but no surprise, it is nothing but a black hole. Either I wait on hold for hours, or send an email that is never answered. It is difficult enough being in different time zones, but now I feel I am flat out being ignored. When I became a travel agent, GI was recommended to me as a way to reward client referrals. But now I need to suggest to all travel agents and anyone else seeking to reward vacations to not use these crooks. The good thing is that they took $198 from me, not from a client I could have referred to them; that would have been so much worse for me. So, an expensive lesson for me to avoid upset clients... a long term benefit. Still, stay away from these cons.
