I am an Englishman in New York. Back in the UK we hear much about the service ethic in American businesses. And you experience this regularly in shops (stores) and restaurants. However, in my experience, the whole service quality levels drop through the floor when you enter the world of telephone help-desks. I end up biting my fist and bashing my head against the wall every time I call Time Warner or my health insurance company. But when it comes to GTM, they have consistently exceeded my expectations and made me realise what true quality service is.
Whoever I talk to on the phone knows their stuff, understands my needs, is really efficient at solving whatever problem I have and I can't rate this company highly enough
