This is after multiple bad service experiences at Al Serra Chevrolet. I have bought my Cadillac CTS4 and my Chevy Malibu from Al Serra Chevrolet. With the Cadillac, the lock on the driver side rear door was stuck, paid them to fix it and that worked a week but they were willing to look at it again for additional pay. Along with the lock, I had a headlamp marker light out. They quoted me $2000 for the whole headlight assembly. Told me that was the only way to fix it. I went and bought the $3 bulb and replaced it myself, granted you have to take the front bumper off to replaced the bulb. For the Malibu, I had a cracked windshield. Took it to Al Sierra Chevrolet to have it replaced, when I picked it up, there was white liquid splattered all over my interior that they would not clean up. I had to go home and clean it myself. Then couple months later, my check engine came on and I was a real close to running out of my power train warranty. I called them and it was just over a week out to get an appointment. By the time I dropped off the car, I went over the warranty mileage by about 500 miles. Then once I dropped it off, it took them another 3 business days to look at it then denied to warranty the solenoid it needed. Though I was within the warranty mileage when I set up the appointment.
