I showed up a bit early for my appointment and they were able to get started on me early so I didn't have to spend a lot of time sitting in the waiting room. The nurse that did the preliminaries was friendly and efficient. I only had to wait in the exam room for a couple of minutes before Dr Schindel came in and, as usual, he was very thorough and professional in explaining and discussing my condition, answering any of my questions, and making useful recommendations for my continued well-being.
