This establishment has been using my personal cell...

This establishment has been using my personal cell phone for their fax for 4 years now. Every time I get in touch with someone (not easy) it stops, but then I find it on the site again. I have tried many ways to contact and get this fixed but I thought this might be the only way to get their attention
