This is not a place for HOME OWNERS! Beware!! Every year, they have these inspections in which they expect house should be top notch and if the inspection fails for any minute reason. Guess what, HOMEOWNERS ARE SCREWED!!. They wont be paying for the time between the inspection failure and time we fix it and inspection pass. All the time the tenants still stays in the house and Homeowners will not be paid. BEWARE before signing the contract!! Once we sign the contract with HHA, you wish you didn't.
