I've read A LOT of negative comments on here just in the time I've been on hold with customer service today, so I'd like to put my two cents in. Four years ago two reps came to my house trying to promote their system. I was about 6 months pregnant at the time and had been having anxiety over home safety (something I'd rarely even given a second thought before then). The reps were kind and agreed to come back later that night after my husband came home from work so that we could make a decision together. That night, after having all of our questions answered, we decided to go with the basic system - door sensors and fire/carbon monoxide detector. Their tech came out and stayed until 10pm installing everything and teaching us how to use it. Let me just say that in the four years we've been using this system, the ONLY problem I've run into is having to replace the battery in one of the door sensors and not knowing how to clear the "tamper" alert from the wall panel. Today the customer service rep was able to fix it over the phone, no problem. Thank you for your part in making my family feel more secure in our home :)
