This company is infuriating. I wish I could give zero stars. They need to be investigated by the federal government. Their website is useless on purpose. They refuse to process any forms that I send them - losing them 3 times! UHEAA is unfairly ruining my credit because of their incompetence. UHEAA's scheme is to capitalize as much interest on student's loans as possible. They need to be shut down. Do not ever do business with UHEAA
