We travel quite a bit as a family and this has to be the worst accommodation experience we have had. The room has not been cleaned properly, the bedside tables were still dirty . The mattress was virtually non existent. Carpet was nearly threadbare and fraying . The bathroom cabinetry was all chipped and starting to come off . Half of the electricals were out of date (last tested in 2013) .
The photos on their website is false marketing. Dinner was a similar experience . The table had not cleaned and throughout dinner we didn t see anyone cleaning any of the surfaces . Especially due to Covid environment, we felt this hotel was not hygienic , so much so that we had to leave after one night (we had originally booked to stay for 3 ) . The owner/manager himself wasn t demonstrating Covid responsible practices - not once was he wearing a mask when interacting with customers .
