Had my solar panels turned on in April. Noticed right away that the power produced wasn t making its way to to the grid somehow and the panels were not performing as was to be expected. I contacted customer service and my sales rep, nothing was done. I ve been calling into customer service now at least twice a month asking them to have a tech come out to look at them. For the first month I got the run around of there s no notes in the system, we will write it down and someone will be in contact within 48 hours. No one EVER contacted me, any time I called in. I always waited at least a week before I called back in, most of the time for the same thing to happen. This went on for all of May and June. Then in July, they told me your solaredge monitoring was looked at and is producing. Yet no one can tell me why my solaredge monitoring says the system is producing a number much higher than nv energy is actually receiving. No tech was sent to see what is going on. No one will even try to help me understand the problem here. And no one even contacted me to let me know they looked at it at all, after 3 months of me calling in.

Now I just received my July bill. It is exactly $12 less than my bill last year. TWELVE DOLLARS! It costs me more to have solar than to not have it at all. I m extremely dissatisfied with my product, customer service and the entire experience. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company.
