The pizzas are inspired by ancient Roman cuisine, the first stateside pinseria offering a modern take on pinsa made with a blend of rice, soy and wheat flour imported directly from Rome, all GMO-free.

The pinsa dough is low-fat, low-calorie and easy to digest.

I d suggest Ubering to and from the restaurant as the surrounding could be quite sketchy and adventurous for some.
