Hmm. Given the nature of my career, I travelled and stay in many hotels in this world and I have certainly stayed in several Hyatt Regency but unfortunately this one scrape the bottom of the barrels. The only good thing about this one is the location next to mall and many other services but anything else is one big disappointment for a Hyatt. Staffs were OK and some of them genuinely accommodating but others were just rude. Room was on a level to a cheap back packers hotel with just basic amenities supplied and the room service menu was equivalent to a vending machine choices to the rest of the world. I don t know why but i have always been disappointed to the level of standards of Americans hotels as compared to the rest of the world.
