We began experiencing problems with the ignition in our Chevy. We worked with John in service. He was able to get our car in 2 days later, kept me updated on progress and was able to get Chevy to warranty the ignition costing me nothing out of pocket! Such an amazing experience for our first visit! We will be sure to work with their service team again in the future!
