Nice room and staff, but we had to request 3 times...

Nice room and staff, but we had to request 3 times within an hour and a half for them to bring us 3 extra blankets, because we had to make a bed on the floor for our infant since they were out of cribs. This was extremely inconvenient when you're trying to put your kid down and you have to wait that long just for some blankets.
