Worth doing at least once. Be sure to watch the movie about the construction which is incredible. Museum is free but to ride to the top requires a ticket. Only downside is how foggy/amount of condensation on windows at top as you can only get a decent view out of small portions of several of the windows and no view from others - it was rainy before our visit which may have contributed to that
