Working along side with this attorney for a probate matter has not been the quickest or easiest. after invoicing for payment they filed a lien against subject property for non payment when file hadn't closed yet and then wanted to see closing documents on file that they were not representing the client in a closing only probate. after receiving the monies due for invoice within a week of closing, it is now almost 8 weeks from time the payment was received and cashed and they are unresponsive to release the lien. They do not play well with others in business.
