George Guiterrez was our Service Technician. He was on time and performed our annual air conditioning and heating maintenance service in a very professional and timely manner. Upon arrival, he explained what was going to be done. If he found any issues, he took care of them and let us know what they were. He cleaned up the areas he worked in when he was done. We have been customers of Jon Wayne for nine years. We highly recommend Jon Wayne and George.
