This is the second vehicle I have purchased through SMP. Both times I have worked with Eben in sales and he has been fantastic! He s very knowledgeable and easy going - I ve never felt pressured just to make a sale. Dean provided information and service regarding financing and extended warranty and made the experience simple and straightforward. I have also taken my SUV back to the dealership for all service (ie. oil changes and body work after an accident) and can only say positive things.
