I've NEVER left a negative review but I can't let this go unheard.
I am extremely disappointed in Mazda all together. This location specifically made my Mazda owning experience much worse. We PHYSICALLY DROVE our vehicle to the service shop to drop off the vehicle for diagnosis and repair, and while under their possession, they let the battery die and then charged me for an entirely new battery. We returned to pick something up from the vehicle and it wouldn't unlock only to find out they had left the vehicle on and let it die. They should have recharged the car battery out of courtesy or provided a battery. How is it my responsibility to pay to fix something YOU neglected? Terrible experience. This is only one issue on top of many others that I'm choosing to overlook but if someone would like to contact me directly i will discuss.
