Same experience as other. 45 minute wait. Set up autodraft then get a letter that I'm late. Report on my credit I was late and they didn't even have the correct address. Customer service is beyond horrible. I feel like this is fraud or something. If they don't know the answer they will hang up in your face. Don't return calls. Oh and they use to call me before my loans were due but the number was not a working number. I mean none out of 6 different students loan companies give me this trouble. They are inconsiderate, show no empathy (not even for the wait), and irresponsible.
