I give a very high importance to provide a review since it affects not only the individuals but also the whole organization. With the understanding that purchasing a vehicle is probably the 2nd biggest expense, I look for a higher degree of trust and transparency in those I deal with. We walked into the Hingham Lexus dealer 2 hrs. late for a scheduled appt. due to bad weather. We were introduced to our sales consultant, Ryan Tierney. From the beginning, Ryan made us feel very comfortable. His professionalism, sense of humor and sincerity coupled with his knowledge of the vehicles we were interested in helped us to make the right car decision. Never did he make us feel pressured to purchase. Our experience with Ryan was one of the best ever in purchasing a vehicle. We would highly recommend Ryan Tierney to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle at Lexus of Hingham. We believe his combined experience in service and sales enhances his ability to be an excellent sales consultant.
We also worked with Viitor Duarte in financing who made the purchase and warranty a smooth and quick process. Again, no high pressure tactics were involved.
Overall, we had a very nice experience with both Ryan Tierney & Vitor Duarte at Lexus of Hingham.
