My vehicle was parked within the restaurant car park at the Rotunda in Glasgow whilst we were there for a meal. As per the signage within the car park, the vehicle was registered with the restaurant. To my surprise, a PCN was sent to my address. I therefore notified CE Ltd of there error, and advised that should they contact the restaurant for confirmation of my parking registration. I have receipts from my meal as further evidence etc. An additional letter has since been sent to my address threatening legal action.

In a court of law, it will therefore be deemed in my favor that the vehicle was parked legally, and there is an error with the PCN notice. No consideration has been taken with CE Ltd in my case - even though it is there own / system error.
