Sound Ford helped make things right after a bad first impression. I went in for a service and felt like I'd been a little taken advantage of. However Travis saw this review and was genuinely interested in helping make it right. I had not received a quote on the services I was receiving and felt as though I'd been sneakily sold extra services I didn't need.

After telling him about my experience he agreed that something had gone wrong for me and he assured me that this was not the normal process for them. This was exactly what I wanted to hear, everyone has off-days and seeing a company work to stand by their products is worth as much as the actual product.

We came to an agreement that we both felt was fair and I came out okay in the end. Travis and the service department are willing to work for you so you feel like you got above average service and your car was taken care of. Would definitely be willing to go back.
