My first time here, so I wasn't sure what to expec...

My first time here, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was happy with the appointment process although I had to call back to get a confirmation email. Check in was easy, check out not so much. One of the clerks gave me a bit of attitude because I didn't have the paperwork for my loaner (it had already been taken care of) and she wasn't going to give me my car without it. My service manager had to intervene, so all ended well. Car came back nice and clean. Very thorough check and major service. A word to the management: please tell your staff to be patient with first-timers. I drove 136 miles to come to your facility. I could have just as easily gone somewhere else.
