Water bar has it ALL --- Location, ambience, terrific food, and the best service I've had in years. The view of the waterfront is beautiful night OR day... my daughter and I had mussels and oysters to start, followed by the yellowtail salad, which was sublime. I've had fish many ways, and truthfully, cooking fish is an art. The Yellowtail was PERFECTLY grilled (coated in fresh pepper), served still warm over baby jewels with rainbow beets. The dressing complimented the ingredients. We had dessert and espresso. I must return to Water bar for another experience like this. Thank You, Water bar!
