Loved loved loved loved this hotel, I would highly recommend it to anyone. The beds are like sleeping on clouds. I'm going to call and ask what kind of mattresses and pillows they use because this literally was the best sleep I've ever had in my life. I don't sleep through the night at all NEVER but I sure did here. The staff was so warm and welcoming, the housekeepers definitely works hard. The rooms on the 19 floor is so gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The views are stunning of downtown Boston and is located perfectly near all the good shops, restaurants and park. Great area to walk around as well. The hotel itself has so many edgy architectural details inside makes you feel like you're in a fabulous upscale museum that you can sleep in. The front desk and staff are very accommodating. Loved our stay here.
