At first it was difficult to actually get an appointment to see the property but over-all the application process, approval and move in was a snap. The whiners here have to remember that the property managers need approval from the owners before they can proceed with repairs other than emergencies. I received prompt attention to my requests and they even worked with me on a payment by my bank error. Very happy with my new home.
