Last year. I had a very distasteful experience with this RV dealer, and I posted a critical review. Today, I removed that review and I am replacing it with a positive one.
The reason behind this is directly related to Hoss, the new GM of the store. He reached out to me and took the time to explain that the dealership has completely revamped its staff, its processes, and even its facility.
As a former GM of auto dealerships, I truely beleive that organizations will follow the lead of their top level executives, whether they be positive or negative. If Hoss' staff follows his lead, I have no doubt that the experiences going forward will be of a positive nature.
