Try to avoid going to this dealer at least if you can't try to avoid owning a BMW at all.
Two incidents happened to me with this dealer:
1- I had my car serviced there and they told me that they recommend a battery change. A battery change would cost around $100 at canadian tire. But to avoid any issues i decided to do at this dealer. I took the car fully working and nothing wrong with it. they replaced the battery, charged me $598 yes $598 (they said it needed reprogramming). After i got the car the windows Auto-up , Auto-down were acting weird. they weren't programmed well. I took it back there and they wouldn't admit it was their fault. they charged me for diagnosing $154 and they reprogrammed it.

2- My car was among those cars for a re-call on some parts on the engine. I took it there and 1 week after the recall was done, i got the check engine light ON. they quoted me close to $11000.00 to fix it and OF COURSE it's not something they did in the recall.
