I am very impressed w/ Mark Miller Toyota's Service Dept. They are all very professional and courteous. One employee in particular was extremely helpful, patient and explained things to me in a way that I could understand without talking down to me. He was wonderful. In fact, b/c of him I will be a loyal customer of Mark Miller Toyota. And when it's time to purchase another vehicle and/or if we have friends/family who need a vehicle, we will tell them to buy it from Mark Miller Toyota. And their Service Dept. employees are honest and very professional.
